Not sure who's in charge of parking. But the only things that outnumber the cars trying to park are the number of brainless kids in yellow coats with flashlights that don't know what the hell they are doing.

Its like a big cookout on game days. Everyone is friendly and it takes some time to get out of the lot after the games but they dont mind if you spark up some more fun while waiting. Just please be patient with others.
