I have been driving for Lyft for 3 years. I have just recently got back into driving (took a break for the c19) while I was out I got a new bank and card. Both of which are on the approved list on lyfts website.nnI have tried to change both my bank information and debit information. Neither of which will change. For my bank information it just says “oops could not update payout information. Please try again.” Which I have multiple times over the past two weeks.nnMy debit card which I have tried two different ones. One of which is a usaa debit card. The other is a chime (they consider chime prepaid I believe and won’t accept this one) oddly enough chime was saved but it’s telling me to “confirm by text message” which guess what. I never get a text message. I then try to switch to my usaa debit card. It won’t even acknowledge it.nnWhen I start a conversation to explain to the Lyft staff (over email or text) that neither of these means to pay out are working. They continue to send me a generic response of “reply to the text message” or the steps on how to change banking information. Which I’ve of courses followed previously. When I try to explain that these steps don’t work. They end the text under “resolved” or stop replying to my emails (which I have screen shots of what I’m referring to issue wise.)nnThere is no call center other than to report an accident. I mean, not getting paid for 3 weeks is kind of an issue.nnAt least with Uber they have a person you can talk to and walk them through the issue with no generic email replies.nnStep up your game Lyft.

They are not effective and depending on the mileage they can differ from Uber by 24 dollars more. Cancels rides and set your trip back.

Way to often drivers take my ride then don't show up and will have to find new drivers. I have been outside late and Late for work. It's even been times is taken 3 to 4 drivers to get to me. They take your money but don't guarantee a ride
