Well, they did not pick us not drop us off. The car was having electrical issues with warning lights that they knew about, yet they rented it to us anyway. The cruise control did not work either. They did give us a $30 discount, but that did not make up for all the issues we experienced.
I always get my trucks from this location. All the employees who I have dealt with at this location (mainly Khadeijah) are always extremely helpful. Great service! Keep it up :)
Good experience. Great service. The building is kind of hard to find though... Even though it's right off of the Frontage Road.
