Great customer service. The car I booked was not available. William made every effort to find a suitable replacement all over the city. At the end I was able to get what I needed. He was courteous and understanding.
The worst experience ever All cars are beat up and damaged. I was in rental and had to turn back around tire in back was jumping in back rear like it was going to jump off. Then get another one service lights blaring and right front keeps loosing air, and charged double the day price for a 1 day extension. Crazy I have to put in air 3 times in less than 24 hrs. Wow a true rip off
I come out once a year to my hometown and this is probably the easiest and quickest rental I’ve experienced thanks to Mr. Willy for making my experience hassle and stress free!
I believe the driver that picked me up was Mavis, she was punctual and professional. The vehicle was clean. Bobbie and Willie were friendly professional and understanding of my needs. Thank you guys!
