This location is horrible customer service. The lady behind desktop is very rude, very unprofessional, very disrespectful. She needs to be shame of herself. I bet nobody knows what she’s doing very rude to customers.nnHer manager or supervisor needs to monitor her. I mad a reservation and went there and greeted to her very respectfully, but she was very rude and very disrespectful.!! 1 star is too much for this place!!!
Awesome time with the rental van I rented me and my family had an awesome time at the Grand Canyon beautiful place to visit and I will rent again from Avis
