Absolutely love Budget, from the convenience of the rental system to the amazing staff at this location.
I never do these reviews but I felt this review was necessary, the manager Tundra was unprofessional and disrespectful, It was my first time and the last time to rent here! I've always rented from Enterprise, but I thought since Budget was around the corner from my house, keepy my business in my neighborhood!! I certainly hope this isn't how you normally treat your customers! God bless! I would give more details but its actually embarrassing that a Regency Operator for Avis Budget would conducted herself in that manner.
Car wasn't ready, had to wait for car to arrive and be sanitized but customer service was on point.
