Drove up in the parking lot and was a little discouraged there was like 7 cars in line but orders were taken pretty quickly and by the time I got to the window and paid my food was ready in about 3 minutes the food was very hot and delicious and I believe it was a manager that was the cashier was very courteous and very professional thanks for a great job tonight at Jack In The Box

I was the only one in line at 7pm. Waited forever until someone asked to take my order. Waited forever for them to prepare my meal. They didn't get my order right. Fail.nOnly reason for the second star was because they were friendly.

Purhaps the mounds of napkins was to wipe off all condiments on my sons drowned burger that was to be. Meat and cheese only DRY. The burgers were sloppy. And not appealing. Nothing like 5 peach teas when we ordered sweet teas.nBasically we know it's Jack in the box and our expectations are slow. So I guess this experience was on point.
