POOR POOR QUALITY OF FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I was given OLD food that looked as though it was a day old, after sitting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, and was told I couldn't get a refund until she spoken to the cooks. I was also refused a number to a manager and corporate. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT more than likely you'll be eating OLD FOOD !!

There speaker isn't the best. It is also loud around there due to the truck stop in back. You have to order at window and they are a little slow.

First mistake.... When i pushed the Button the lady that took my order said WELCOME TO SONIC and than had a WHOLE conversation with someone else in the back, not sure if she was talking to a coworker or on the phone because her conversation had nothing to do with work. After at least 3 minutes she finally comes back and says hello can I take your order smh I order 3 shakes got my total and waited! After at least 10 minutes I hear someone come back on the speaker stating o our ice cream machine is down is there something else I could get you! Like did you not know it was down before you took my order!? I nine times outta 10 won’t be going back to this location
