Love this place. I've been only about three or four times, but every time staff has been helpful, friendly, and respectful. They're quick to make recommendations if you look lost or ask. The selection here is great as well. They also have a rewards program!nThe only negatives would be the small store which is Covid-19 limited to only about 5 people inside at a time. But that's temporary!

Craft Beer Cellar Norfolk is my new favorite place for beer. I know it's been around for a while, but it's new to me. The owner is very helpful and welcoming and the selection rivals any other. They even boast beers that are harder to find locally, Finback, being one of my favorites; and they always have a wide variety, too.

Always a good experience. These guys/gals just like their beers. I've asked for recommendations and gotten great ones. I've also said 'just wandering' and that's been cool too. In fairness, I do put cans back in the correct orientation after looking. I've spent enough time with obnoxious beer snobs that a slight level of snark (which does not come uninvited) is just like the light ribbing of a friend. Also seems like they're more willing to stock something that isn't an IPA, which is much appreciated.

I've never not had a wonderful experience here. The employees are all so positive and helpful. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. The selection is insane and I've found really awesome beers here I haven't seen anywhere else. I recently went in and mentioned that I liked a certain beer and the man behind the counter said he would make sure he would keep in stock for me! What a wonderful place.

First time (and last time) my girlfriend and I came to this place. Drove 30 minutes, walked around the store for 3 minutes all to have the owner ask if one of us would mind leaving because they were at capacity. He said since we weren't sure what we wanted, could one of us wait outside so another customer could come in. Bad business decision, I was a paying customer.
