Terrible. The car was filthy, it was obviously never even wiped down. It had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The entire interior was dusty and it was obviously never cleaned. The key fob was not operable and they told me to use the physical key located inside of the fob to lock and unlock the door. It was the only car available so I had to take it. Halfway through my trip I locked the door like I was instructed to do and it turned out that the key was uncut and was completely useless. I had to spend over an hour waiting to speak with someone from roadside assistance in order to get my situation resolved. Avis roadside assistance finally answered the phone and their only solution was to tow my car away with all of my stuff inside of it and give me a new car the next day. I finally convinced them to just send the locksmith out to unlock the door. I was able to halfway fix the fob by replacing the battery.
I reserved a car from this place, my flight was delayed so we didn't make it on time which wasn't our fault. When we got to the airport the avis rental place had a sign on the window saying out of cars. They couldn't even save our car. Oh well thank god my brother was able to pick us up at the airport.

When I picked up my rental, the van was not as clean as I expected and a 150.00 dollar holding fee was placed on my card without my knowledge.
