We visited this establishment 2 days ago, ordered extra crispy fries and wings what we received was raw wings and mashed potatoes for fries. I contacted corporate and was told they would be calling me back. I even have a case number but guess what no one has called or anything. The counter employees were great and very friendly however the cooks are bad. After eating a few wings and then realizing they were raw we tried to cook them in the oven. Bad idea. Even the dipping sauce was horrible as if it was watered down. We would have had better dipping sauce if we just dipped our under seasoned raw wings in milk. Over all experience was super negative and there is never a good reason to serve raw chicken. Some of the wings skin was transparent even and super soggy.
Good wings, they traveled well home. Will be ordering again.
Great wings but takes forever lolnI get it tho yeah want your meet fully cooked. No squealing chickens there. ;)
Hit and miss. Sometimes the wings and fries come out perfect. Then you get the didn't season fires, overly fried fries, slightly undercooked wings. Quick service and always friendly.
Just ordered 20 wings and some fries. Brought it home and found only 17 wings. I can understand miscounting by 1 - but missing 3... and at over a buck a piece (full price), that's like cheating their customers out of $3! Will not come back...
