This place is usually reliable with friendly service and good food. Yesterday was different. We had a coupon for 8 pieces mixed chicken, 1 large side and 4 biscuits for $11.99. Great deal, right? When we got it home there were only 7 pieces in the box. I tried to call and got a recording that voice-mail wasn't accepting messages. Went back today and they insisted that the coupon was for 7 pieces. Would not replace my missing piece. Sorry Church's. If this is how you treat your weekly customers you no longer need my business. Popeye's is right around the corner!

The food is ALWAYS fresh hot and ready to go. Ms. Donna & Mr. Tray are two very professional with a get it done attatude and beautiful smiles. Churches should be proud . Dickinson should be proud.

The food was delicious and fresh but the customer service was definitely not there tonight. We usually go during the lunch rush and are always greated with lots of laughs but not tonight.
