Dominick G was fantastic. He arrived on time and was polite and professional. As he went through his assessment of each window, he made minor repairs, and gave me tips on how to care for my windows to increase their longevity. Highly recommend.

As a new person to the Newpro family I was very happy with Insulation process. I like to thank Newpro and there team and staff for providing quality service an a professional job well done. The crew that we had was very particular, clean, friendly caring, safe ( Wearing mask all the time) and willing to get the job done at a high level. As a former Anderson window customer, I would have to say Newpro by far beats out Anderson windows by a long shot! We are very happy with the new windows and we’re very excited to invite Newpro back to do the siding of our house the bathrooms and roof. Thank you Thomas Peacock III for providing our family with the quality and service and the guarantee of a perfect window !!!

I just had a tub/shower unit converted to a walk-in shower unit. The quality of the product is as promised. The installer (Dave) was ontime, professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the project. The total process took 5 hours as he was fortunate to not have any issues from my previous system. I'm very pleased overall.

Connor is the consummate professional. He brings a wealth of experience to the job and he is more than willing to share his considerable knowledge with the customer. Not only did he go above and beyond while installing our new shower, but he took time out of his busy schedule to address questions the next day. The shower install is beautiful. I would highly recommend NEWPRO and Connor for your next bathroom renovation.

Though we ran into minor scheduling conflicts, the techs were terrific, very thorough and beyond neat! When the job was complete, you could have eaten off the floor, everything was put back in its place and I could not have been happier. Mat Van Leeuwen was in charge of the job, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend him and Newpro to one and all.
