I was attending a very important meeting and was running a little late. I had just walked through the doors when I realized i hadn't put on my mask. I immediately turned around to pull my mask out of my purse. As I turned back around, about to put my mask on, a member of the staff was charging me and with a raised voice said I must put my mask on to enter the building. She then said with a very annoyed tone that I also had to take my temperature at the door. I felt humiliated in front of my peers and everyone in the meeting. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not appreciate being treated this way and will not be returning for good while.
Went in to get a library card. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and explained the process/ library layout. It isn't a very large library but it is nice and quiet and they have a decent selection of books, movies, etc. It's also a good place to study or use a computer!
This is my local library, and I love it. The teen programs are a lot of fun and they have an excellent selection.
Great library. Clean. Organized. Helpful staff. They have a kiosk to self check out books.
It is a well laid out library, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and if they don't have the book you are looking for, they make every attempt too get it. Have enjoyed Hellen Hall scince I moved here in 06.
