Everyone at this place has been wonderful! Always professional and always thorough. I appreciate everything they've done.
Have appointment at 8.45 am, I am at the building 15 minutes early, but there is no suite number or sign posted at the building vestibule or on your Google listing. I had to call your main line to get the suite number. When I arrive at front desk, I am waiting a few more minutes due to someone else in front of me. Then when my turn comes, l am told that I am late so the Dr cannot see me.nAlso, we sent you email for paperwork but you didn't submit so that is another reason that the Dr cannot see you. Well, when I called to make an appointment, I was not told that this is how I will be treated unless I magically know all of the rules by which you waste other people's time.
The Care provided here is exceptional. I was made to feel at ease and the doctor was very thorough. I saw Dr. Kendra - highly recommend her.
It is a very elegant place, offering Dermaceuticals brand facial care. All of the staff are very nice and Dr. Ingraham is the best.
Made an appointment and shared which services I wanted. When I got the to appointment, the dermatologist said it was not a service she offers, and I would have to reschedule with another dermatologist in the practice. It was a waste of time and money. Not sure why the person making the appointment was unaware of which services that doctor offered. There was a great dermatologist my daughter used years ago, but she left the practice. Disappointing experience for me.
