Jennifer was able to find an appointment that worked with my schedule and answered my questions. Heather was thorough in explaining the process and I felt very comfortable during my session. I was able to meet most of the staff and everyone was very nice. Definitely recommend the Sugar Land location!

It’s good, I did have a great experience, nurse did a great job. And front desk was helpful and informative. Although., I am interested in body contouring. Y’all did explain but I need to talk to y’all again. So, I can get a better understanding.nI’m grout confused with cool sculpting.

I normally get my treatments done at the Galleria location which is great but this location is a lot closer to home. I was questioning coming in to this office because of the reviews but I gave it a shot and loved it! The new staff here is very welcoming and professional. I will definitely be coming here more often!

DO NOT DO IT! Please save yourself a migraine and the stress.. First impression, they never answer the phone and when they finally pick up your told to hold for another 20 minutes. Something told me to run.nnHowever, me being me (give people the benifit at first) I set up a consultation with the manager which I found out later on not manager material.nnWe discussed some treatment options for my face and chest area, I'm only treating hiperpigmentation, so she offered me the Skin Rejuvenation. So we end up running my credit and begin to set up my next couple of appointments (I should have waited to run my credit, so I'm only mad at myself for that part)..nnI get a bill shortly after stating I owe $1,900 dollars. Hold on (STOP)! I have not yet received one treatment. No the lady never said I was required to pay up front?nnFLASH BACK, during the consult she actually told me it would be like $300 per session and you pay as you go! That price never did settle well with me so I did more research when I got home and found multiple dermatologists that charged $125-$150 per session, so I was going to cancel everything after all that.nnI would never pay that much up front, I was told during my consult that estheticians are working on you, hello I've educated estheticians, they go through 6 months of training they are not certified in my opinion to be working on those type of machine's (give me a break) who are you trying to fool Sona, hire some dermatologist and PA's unreal?nnDermatologist get paid and that's what I originally requested. I would definitely pay a dermatologist well over that they are Doctors..nnI was so upset and starting to call them but of course no one could figure out why I was charged. I even called corporate office, asked to speak to manager nothing until one week later. How much of a waste of my life was that.nnNever Ever again, so unprofessional, so unbelievable, they will rob you just like a thief in the night if you're not paying attention.nnPlease do not support this business they are very evil.. They will be on American Greed in the future for stealing from customers, remember that..
