So after I left Rosenberg IHOP, I went to my original Sugar land IHOP. Ady our waiter was excellent. Food was great. Thank you IHop Sugar Land for making my evening. Great staff. Helping a co- worker with a hard day.nSo yet again 2021 tried Rosenberg location. HUGE MISTAKE. come here to this location they are spot on with superior service and food. PLEASE CORPORATE LET THESE PEOPLE TAKE OVER THE ROSENBERG IHOP!

I stopped in after dropping my son's to Saturday school. When I arrive I was seated immediately. The guy who sat me said Aimee will be my server. So the waitress absolutely ignored me and started helping other people. I address the issue with a manager. The manager had to assist and was very polite. Then Aimee came back to the table with attitude. Although the other staff was very nice. Aimee was rude. That's why I gave three stars.

This is normally the IHOP I go to even though there is one closer to my house. In saying that the service was poor today. I ordered my food online and when I arrived they said it was not ready. My arrival time was 15 minutes after they said it would be ready. I asked for a refund they said no we do not give refunds. I asked to speak to a manager she said they did not have a manger. She then proceeded to hand me cold food and walked away and left me standing there.nI am not sure what is wrong with people anymore or businesses customer service but I will not ever go to this IHOP again!!!!

We were traveling and stopped here for dinner.nThe waitress was friendly and so kind and helpful.nThe food was delicious and hot.nGreat experience

This ihop has the best service, if you go Friday-Saturday make sure to ask for Samara. She is the sweetest most attentive waitress/Manager. My kids love having her, she brings them out small little goodies.
