Sandwiches are phenomenal as usual but not so much customer service. Drive through lady was a tad bit rude. Also the potbelly perks app scanner has been broken for weeks and not fixed.
I always get the Big Wreck, loaded up with everything but tomatos and yummy yummy strawberry smoothie (with the cookie ud83dude09) ud83eudd24ud83eudd24ud83eudd24 been going here for years so that won't change anytime soon. Go try it!
Guys don’t go here unless you want to catch covid. We are in the middle of a pandemic, please use proper hygiene if you’re going to work in the food industry. The guy making my sandwich kept touching all over his mask then touching my sandwich without changing his gloves. That is just disgusting!!!!
My son found long facial hair in his sandwich and I found avocado peel in mine. I can say without a doubt I wont be back. My sandwich had no flavor at all so I threw it out and ate chips.
I've had sandwiches from there, but this was my first time to dine in. I tried the beef and blue just like it's described in the menu. Wow! That was delicious.
