We have been using their service for 15 years. I have been to other mail centers but didn't receive the service like I do here at the Mailbox Depot. They are very helpful, professional and friendly. It takes a lot of patience and knowledge to be able to keep ALL of the different services separate. We, as customers, need to understand this and have patience as well. There are some things, I am sure, they are not permitted to do by law. I highly recommend either location. This is the ONLY mailbox center that I use and TRUST!
Google lead me here as a USPS drop off place, but when I walked in I was rudely informed that this is not where you take mail!nnIt’s probably a fine place to do your FedEx and UPS stuff at, but DO NOT BRING USPS here!!
This business has wonderful owners and great customer service! We receive so many packages and they have always taken care of us and even take the time to call me if there is a package that may need to be refrigerated. An amazing place for your mail and package needs!
Well I've been coming here for all my faxes and shipments. I have never had any issues. This has been my go to place for over 5 years now. The owner and his wife are very humble people. Customer Satisfaction at 100%.
