Ive been using this Post Office well over a decade now. Great people
Please have your time online.... I was here about 10 minutes before 7 but this place was closed.
I dropped off an important package that got lost. USPS says they never received item. The people here say it left their office. USPS has opened a formal investigation against this place and claim that it’s unusual because there were no scans made. Don’t come here.nnWent to speak with Postal Copy and guy at front desk was nice and offered to refund shipping costs, but I need my package, not shipping cost. He said USPS lost it & this isn’t the first time this has happened.nnRegardless, I’m getting the run around from both.nnTake away lesson here is insure ALL packages and don’t use USPS.nn& in case you do use USPS, there is a USPS office on HWY90 not too far from this location. Best you go here instead of this third party.
The customer service here is horrible . I'm never greeted. Yes ,it's a simple process to drop off ny packages etc ,but customer service is extremely important. Greeting your customers sets the tone or asking if they need help or have any questions etc .Luckily I've never had any issue with my packages , but it just really bothers me with the poor level of service here.
Great shop! Excellent location! The man Rick who works there is great! Treats me like family! Like my best friend! Simply great prices and excellent work!
