One of the better city offices I've worked with. Officials are friendly and helpful if you get on their good side, especially when it comes to permitting. They can be slow and get bogged down during busy hours and also close at noon on Fridays, which seems a little early to me; so bear those things in mind when you need to go talk to them. Other than that, working with them is a relatively painless experience as they do a good job of explaining what you need to do and being available when you need help. Just remember: if you help them, they'll help you.
