Please know that normally I would wait until meeting and working with the dental team in person before writing my review but the great care and service that I received from Koren in making my appointments along with answering my questions and Dr. Palioca caring about how my dental problem is adversely affecting my overall health and accommodating my need to please be seen earlier definitely warrants an initial review-five stars all the way earned by them.nnAnd despite being busy with the phones ringing away Koren the four times that I had the pleasure to talk with her was terrific because she was polite, caring, personable and professional.nnI highly recommend ADP based upon my initial interactions and I will follow up with another review after receiving dental care from Dr. Palioca and his team.nnUpdate since initial post.nnI had the pleasure to go into this office for a cleaning.nnEmily did a good job cleaning my teeth and was professional,npolite and personable.nnIt was a pleasure working with Koren at the front desk.nnAnd Dr. Rawat was professional and personable to talk to regarding my exam after the cleaning.nnMy disappointment with this visit is that I specifically made an appointment here because on the office website it lists Dr. Palioca as the only dentist working at this at this location.nnDr. Palioca specializednin removing mercury fillings which is why I chose this office for my dental care.nnHalfway during the cleaning Emily informed me that Dr. Palioca has retired and now Dr. Rawat is the dentist there.nnOnce Dr. Palioca retired the website for ADP should have been updated to reflect Dr. Rawat as the new doctor working there.nnGood luck to the entire ADP team!

At first I was hesitant on switching from my previous dentist, but Advanced Dental Practice is by far the best experience I have ever had. They made me feel comfortable and made sure I got the very best treatment. I am so glad I found these guys. Thank you so much!!
