I was told my car would be getting dropped off at the place I needed it dropped off at 9am. Then I was informed that someone was picking me up to take me to their location rather then bringing the car to me. Not only was that frustrating but the driver didn’t pick me up until 10 something and the driver wasn’t aware of her surroundings and we had a 10 minute delay on top of that. No one reached out to me or was helpful other than one employee named Hannah.

I really needed a vehicle for work since my car was having troubles and it was in the shop. I was really impressed by how great the customer service is here at this location! I was helped by Yanci and she was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She made the process really easy for me and she was really helpful. Will definitely rent again from this location!

Reserved my vehicle for 2 days. I dropped my vehicle within 2 days. Got charged for 4 days. As if that wasn't shady enough; I rented the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank and I returned it with 3/4 of a tank of fuel. (I even took photos to avoid issues like this.) These crooks lied and said the vehicle had 1/2 a tank and charged me for fuel on top of the 2 extra days. I called these criminals and was told that their system isn't the same as the place I rented from at an airport so they can't help me. Well you can help me by being truthful! Can't you? I hope the $176.00 you stole was worth losing 2 generations of business cause I'm sure gonna educate my children to your crooked ways so that they aren't victimized by your shady staff. What a disappointment to League City! Don't try to reply saying how concerned you are and how you want to make things right either. Both you and corporate have had the chance to do the right thing. You could have called on my behalf to rectify this situation, but you didn't. Instead I called corporate and was told the information would be forwarded along which allows for nothing to be done about this issue. No accountability.

Rented from this location 3 weeks ago when my car was at dealership for repairs. The young Lady there that rented me the vehicle was also there when I dropped it off. Great experience both times. This will be my first choice for a rental in the future.

Experienced prompt and attentive service at the League City rental office by Ms. Lauren Laird and her staff. Vehicle was reserved on line and was ready as promised.nVehicle (SUV) was held for about a month at a substantial cost but unfortunately was not allowed all the discounts advertised by Enterprise (Military Veteran, AARP Member, AAA Member, or Enterprise customer points). All in all, however, it was a well maintained and clean vehicle and the rental was highly satisfactory. Office staff should be commended for their friendly and professional attitude.n###
