Very unprofessional and disorganized office.nThe 1hr. appointment was extended to 2 ½ hr. Two different people were trying to assist. There were missing documents/blaming the landing bank.  Shortly after we left, we got a phone call, that we need to bring another check. Should not all the documentation have been double checked before and after signing.nAfter all, it costs money for the seller and buyer to go through this process. I would not recommend this title company to anyone. If you are scheduled with them, I hope, you simply do not experience the same as us.

Pleasant to work with initially and quick to close, but when we went into the office to close the staff was rude. There are so many title companies in Houston and I will definitely take my real estate business elsewhere.
