I saved $$$900.00 per year going with Progressive beginning this month. I have been a customer of Jeff Hermes for several years and he has obviously over charged the whole time. Terrible insurance service!!!! Do NOT use.nnI have probably had the worst experience with this agency. If you are thinking of using this office to insure your properties, please think twice.nnWe started our policy through this office about 6 or 7 yrs ago. Initially the service was good. Jeff was responsible but about 2-3 years ago all changed.nn2 years ago I noticed that I was not sending any car insurance cards so I called. The agent on the phone said she will send it to me immediately, but 2 days later I received nothing. Then I emailed them and called again. I waited another 2 days nothing happened. Finally I gave up and went online and set up my account to print my own. This was not the last time similar requests never get any attention.nnAbout a year ago I asked for a review of my insurance policies. Set up an appointment after multiple attempts. Due to conflict I had to reschedule 2 days before. The receptionist cancelled and even though I gave her multiple options it ended up never got rescheduled. I called back a couple of times asked for rescheduling and never got a call back to confirm a time. There is a pattern!!!! They never follow up.nnAfter hurricane Harvey I was worried my house was flooded. To get access to flood insurance policy for a claim I needed a code issued by my insurance agency. I couldn't recall seeing one sent to me so I emailed and called. Again NO reply. This is absolutely crazy that I am paying so much each year for insurance and yet receive little to no service even at times of need.nnIf you are thinking of using this office, do NOT!!!! I have had pretty bad experience. I'd say use another Allstate agent.

No stars needed! (I have to give it at least 1 star in order to post) Horrible agency! Shouldn't even be in business. This guy is doing Allstate a disservice. Seriously Allstate, you need to check into this agency.. seems really shady! Horrible service.. no one can answer any of my questions. Every time i call its a new person i'm working with due to extremely high turnover. This agency is unorganized, and unprofessional. The actual agent is never there. How do you even run your business? Again.. Horrible service.. If you're considering this clown as an agent.. please don't.. run as far a way as possible..

My parents and i have been with this agency for a very long time!! It’s refreshing to have your own personal agent to help you every time you have questions or concerns. The staff is super friendly and efficient.

Recently called for a quote and had a fast response and also very good rate. Friendly professional staff. Definitely recommended on my behalf. Renters Auto or home even Life they do it all. Took care of my family needs.
