Like going back in time to be present at the time of Jesus’ birth. You feel like you were present at our Lord and Saviors birth. Very professional.
Such an amazing night of remembrance. We got to experience firsthand what Mary and Joseph had to go through as they were trying to find a place for Mary to give birth. You get to see the manger, feed farm animals, talk with Bethlehem merchants, see Roman soldiers, and best of all is feel as if you are a part of the Story of Jesus. The event is located next to a Presbyterian Church who were the most warm and welcoming people who really embraced us. They held a Ugandan children’s choir who sung and danced a couple of Christmas songs. It is a night not just for families but also for couples and for friends who want to experience the nativity story in a first hand experience theme. A night to remember! Will probably go next year with a larger group of people. The event is free and donations are welcome if you feel led to give to this event.
We try to attend every year. They have done a great job of telling the birth story of Christ. The kids love the activities throughout the village. They especially love the animals. We try to take people each year who haven't gone.
It was a Great experience! The kids were happy looking All the things set up... we walked around for a bout 40 -50 minutes. We LOVE it... thank you for all the deatils and hard work.
Wonderful recreation of the town of Bethlehem and the experience of the Christ child coming into the world. The townspeople and traders bring the ancient culture to life and pass on the Shalom of God. This is an annual family Christmas tradition for us!
