This is is the worst experience I have ever had getting a massage. The lady that did the massage was more worried about talking on her cell phone during the massage then giving me a quality massage. Then when she was doing the massage I asked for medium pressure and she was doing so hard and did not show any concern for making sure it was a pleasant and relaxing massage. I have had other massage ladies there that are a lot better but after this time I will not be back. To top this off I do believe she is the owner as her pictures are listed on the licenses behind the counter in the front of the business. Go at your own risk!

I got the 90 minute massage from coco and she did an excellent job. I will definitely be back to this location. 10/10 have already recommended it to several people.

I went in on 1/1/21 for a 90 min. massage. I was set up in a room where a man greeted me and started to do the massage. Very quickly in he started to work on my glutes, no big deal until he stayed in that area. I told him to please just work on my neck and back as I had some pain in that area. He said “okay, just a moment” he continued to work on the sides of my legs and glute area after I told him not to. Once done he went to my upper back and shoulders, but he pushed so hard into the cracks of my skull and neck to the point of extreme pain. It hit my pressure points so intensely it stunned my nerves. I have a high pain tolerance and typically enjoy someone digging an elbow in my back but the force this man used was uncalled for. It was tactics of martial arts to try to inflict pain on someone. He even pulled my arm behind my back on one side an attempted to lift my front side up off the table so to expose my chest. I slung my shoulder down so to keep my chest down as much as possible. From there he started to work my shoulders with one hand resting on my glute again. I asked him to “please get off my butt”. I should not have stayed as long as I did. He then moved down to my claves. Then he moved his hand up the inside of my legs and moved the blanket completely off my butt. As he approached areas that are completely off limits, I pulled the blanket back down covering my lower area. I said “what is your deal, can you please stay off my a**” at this time I was so upset. He responded “yeah, sure, fine”. I said “yeah, sure, fine, what the heck is that”? I told him “that was very rude” and I have never had someone massage my butt as much as he did. When he became rude, I told him I wanted to leave. He told me “no, hang on” as he tried to continue to massage me. He then said “okay, neck and back”. I then got loud and told him “no, I won’t hang on, get out now, so I can get dressed and leave”. After me demanding 3 times, he finally let me out and he left the room saying “hang on” again. He ran across the hall to another room. He left the door to the room I was in wide open. I had to get off the table try to cover myself and slammed the door shut and locked it. I got dressed and prepared myself as I unlocked the door and opened it, I did not know what would be waiting on the other side. As I went to walk pass the room, he ran into I could see him putting on a shirt. I have no idea what he was wearing as I was face down when he came in and when he originally came in, he put a towel over my head. I walked out of there with 26 of the worst minutes I have ever experience in a place that is supposed to bring stress relief. I was violated repeatedly, and I believe he tried to hurt me because of me telling him to leave certain areas alone. He did what he wanted to do. Management wanted to just “give me a free massage” from another person. I told them it is not free since it was already paid for. I never want to walk back or near that place again. I am currently dealing with intense neck pain after what the first guy did not to mention the emotional stress of the day. I asked management once more for a complete refund and at this point pain and suffering should be in play here. Nonetheless, my main goal is to save others the hardships I experienced today. This man should not be operating at this facility. Management would not disclose his name to me when asked. Be aware and choose elsewhere.

I only had a few dollars to tip without breaking a big bill when I went here, and at checkout, the man told me that this was not enough, and would not let me leave until I tipped more.nHE MADE ME BREAK A 100 DOLLAR BILL JUST TO TIP HIM MORE. NOT GOING BACK HERE BECAUSE THAT IS NOT A CORRECT WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!

Oct 27 i had a full body massage 90 min. Helen was my massage therapist. She push to hard and broke my rib on the left side.
