As not only a first time home buyer, but also someone that was buying a home in Dallas while still living in Boston, finding the right team to work with was imperative. We simply couldn’t have found a better person to work with than Tina.nnShe went out of her way to do virtual tours with us, going back to properties more than once when we had additional questions and even drawing layouts for us to help give us a better feel for the flow of a house. Tina was a straight shooter and told us the good and the bad of the properties we looked at which was so comforting since we couldn’t be there in person.nnWe just closed on our first home and are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. I can’t speak highly enough of Team Ensinia. I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of the buying process. Jim and Tina took care of everything. Their plethora of knowledge together in the real estate industry shows when you meet them. They gifted me a binder with step-by-steps, definitions and checklists that has been helpful. We visited new builds and they asked all the questions that needed to be answered. I did quickly find an existing home and my offer was accepted the next day. My questions were never left unanswered and they always responded promptly to my emails and texts. Jim also assisted me in finding a great home insurance policy through Goosehead Insurance. I even switched over my auto coverage as well in the process. They were there for me through the inspection, final walk through and then the most important part - closing! I can’t thank them enough.
