I've never had a bad experience with this team and I've used them for three years. They are always kind and courteous and looking for ways to help me. I joined them post grad and did not have a nice car or a lot of money. They helped me get a plan that best suited my lifestyle without blowing my budget. Three years later I have a great car and full coverage and they still get me the greatest deal. I was even involved in a fender bender when a lady wasn't paying attention and hit my car as I was pulling out of a parking space. Unfortunately, I was held liable because I was going in reverse. When I filed the claim, they were super helpful and gave me information for a nearby auto place that would fix my dented bumper. I never ended up using it because the dent popped out on its own! (God is good) My suggestion to potential insurance buyers would be to utilize those discounts! If you are eligible, they will help you keep your insurance affordable! The only thing that I've experienced that wasn't the best was when the State raised the premiums and I had to call in to find out why my payment was higher. Other than that, they are great.
