They dont pick up calls , answer emails or respond to voice messages. I wouldnt advise anyone to send money to these people even if you get a hold of someone there .
They make homemade aquariums four fishes and small and custom cabinets
Do not buy these aquariums, once you have gotten them and they are running, the company is impossible to get a hold of. I have been trying to order replacement parts for 5 months now and have left over a dozen messages on both the company phone and the cell phone of their sales manager, and can't even get a call back. It's like the company is run by two people, one who sells and one who builds. They were fine to deal with when we bought the systems a couple years ago, but now, no ongoing support.
Ordered a tank earlier in the year and was given a completion date of 03/08/18. It is one week later and not only do I not have the tank, I also can't get them to answer the phone or call me back. Don't trust them to keep a schedule or communicate.nnUpdate:nThey still haven't even started the tank 3 months later so we canceled the order and went elsewhere. The last message we got was that they don't have machines running and didn't know when anything would get done.
Had I known the service from this company would be this horrible. I would not have done business with them. I Purchased a Thrive system from DAS over a year ago. And I am still trying to get a hold of them. DO NOT DO Business with this company. You will regret it
