Never, ever places my packages on my spacious, covered front porch. They shove them behind my trash cans across from a stop sign and mark them as being delivered on my front porch. I can't GET my wheelchair over the threshold of my garage and using crutches to get a package is impossible. I even made a sign asking for the carrier to PLEASE deliver my items to my porch. It's ignored. Instead my packages are wet, ruined, or just not there - but tracking always says they're delivered! Don't even get me started on getting my neighbor's mail...
These guys and gals that work in this facility are amazing. Period!!
A man named Richard went above and beyond helping me with finding a missing package. Within an hour of calling, the package was found and placed in my box and Richard called back to make sure I had gotten it. Mistakes happen all the time, but great customer service is rare. Thanks, Richard!!!!
My daughter took her wedding invitations to the post office to be weighed, to make sure we put the right postage on them. Sure enough, the clerk told her the WRONG amount and now all the invitations have started being returned for insufficient postage. Turns out they weigh EXACTLY an ounce. The post master said he would fix it. Hope so-
Incompetence at its finest. Was supposed to get a package today but didn’t receive it even though tracking says delivered. Meanwhile we got someone else’s mail.
