Very disappointed with staff works at the testing center. Poor email communication, slow response, and it didn’t solve your problem at all. Just to ask me to upload the ID photo, they will rudely tell you “otherwise I will cancel your reservation”. I explained a few times that I’m not able to do that because I wasn’t given the option to upload(probably system glitch), and I attached my doc in the email trying to coordinate, but it all came to conclusions like “I can’t confirm unless you upload / I’ll cancel your reservation/ I don’t take any ID attached in the email/ etc. not helpful. The last email is still “I’ll need to cancel your reservation”. I thought I was talking to a robot, very poor coded.

One of the worst centers. They never receive your call nor reply to email. Why even post your number out here. Real scam in the name of education. Once they take your money they will never look back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CENTER!!nThey are extremely unprofessional in handling the issue, the reason for which was their system error in the first place. Below are the sequence of events.nEarly Dec 2020 : Registered for the exam that was to happen in mid Jan, 2021. Uploaded the required documents and paid the test fee $245.nLate Dec 2020: Got an email that said that the registration was not processed owing to non receipt of the fee and necessary documents.nEmailed the copy of the receipt and the same set of documents that were uploaded while registering for the exam.nGot a reply saying that the date for which I have registered was already full and their system was down at the time of booking. A refund form was sent as well that said that it will take 2 weeks for processing the refund.nEarly Jan 2021 : Sent the form with the requested details. No refund posted till the end of Jan. Calls go straight to voicemails that gets completely ignored. Emailed to inquire about the status and got a reply that said the issue will be checked with the accountant. Waited but no response once again - emailed back - got a reply asking for the form to be resent which was sent in early Jan - resent the form and waiting...

This is not the worst test centre ever. But for conducting an international exam like IELTS. This is very bad. The management is too slow and for people with speaking tests they asked them to come 2 hrs in advance. People complete a movie in 2hrs. For a person who comes in at 7.45am and before(that's the time they asked us to come) the test was ended at about 1pm. So, if I have my speaking test at 3pm. Technically I should just sit there. Without having any food. Even though I can come back at my slot(at least that's the use of having a slot). More over, they say the lifts don't work after 5pm, and we were told that's the only way into the basement where the test is hosted. More over they allocated almost 8 people for each slot, each of the slots about 20min apart and there are no chairs for people. We already had to stand for more than an hour in the morning and then this. Choose another test centre this is just an okay place with very bad management. I have taken BITS and GRE, TOEFL exam in India and it's many times better than this.

Good center and good people who work there! I like the lady who took my pictures and fingerprints on the test day. Funny as hell! ud83dude02ud83dude02nnJust not a fan of giving tests in basements! Too clumsy and it takes forever to move ahead.
