I had recently purchased $4000 worth of china. When it arrived it, all was smashed into pieces. In frustration, I called the customer support line and they were nothing but an inconvenience, making me feel horrible. I highly recommend never buying a piece of china from this company!!!!
Our monogrammed beach towel stripe dinnerware is perfect for our beach themed house. The quality and the customer service at Caskata is AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond my expectations and the final product is absolutely stunning!! They also packaged the dishes incredibly!! High quality all the way!
