Julia is the best!! I have been going to Texture since they opened. Prior to Texture I was unhappy with the same boring haircut I was getting every time from my old salon. Julia spends time talking with me at every appt about cut and color, listens to what I want done, and always has new ideas. The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and they are very serious about following COVID-19 protocols. I highly recommend Texture to many friends and everyone is always happy!

I recently had my hair done at Texture salon by Jayme and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. She consulted me before she started to do my hair so she knew exactly what I wanted. She did a partial foil and cut. The color was so natural looking. I have gotten so many compliments (even from people I don’t know). I would highly recommend Jayme to anyone

Worst experience ever I had Julia very nice but over 2 hours and I walked out worse then when I went in had to tone me 2 times and get the same results bad color and the owner is not good at all there was an obvious product and she couldn’t come talk to me ... Lastly wanted to charge me 145 should have got a box from cvs !!! Never ever again I should have listened to the reviews!!! If you like throwing away money and wasting time this is your place !!

Worst haircut ever. I have just come back from my appointment where is at there for 2 1/2 hours. I showed a picture of what I wanted and which was a long bob with a partial, the color i wanted was a cool toned brown. I did ask for the style a little shorter. However bottom line I know I said I wanted a long bob just a little shorter, with blunt cuts. I SHOWED A PICTURE. I also asked for the dye to not be close to my roots however it is right at my roots. Nothing I asked for was achieved besides the fact that my hair is really short. I paid $164 for this haircut by a junior stylist. She doesn’t have this experience and I was charged so much for what I didn’t want. I fervently believe a level 1 stylist is not worth $164. This cut is not satisfactory at all. The service as well was not satisfactory. Not only did Jayme barely talk to me, the assistant did not talk to me. No one was very welcoming and I felt uncomfortable to speak to them. I tried to communicate the best I could by showing a picture of what I wanted. I am sorry but I cannot accept this service. I demand the manager of Texture call me Or email me back.
