This is the best recovery center in Dallas. Very neat and tidy facility. Amazing services and great owners
Unfortunately, they do not have flexible plans for infrared sauna users. Single visit is $35, the other option is to commit to a membership, but other services are not on a very good level, or at least I was not offered to try.
You can walk into this place and in under 5 minutes you have access to some of the most advanced sports recovery and relaxation equipment on the market. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Also if your nursing any injuries the localized cryo therapy is amazing.
This place is great for healing an injuries after a rough workout. I had an issue with my ankle and the treatment completely healed. Highly recommended.
I am a marathon runner and the Normatec compression, not only heals and restores is relaxes. If your long distance runner I highly recommend this if you choose to try out the lounge.
