UPDATE #2: Personal response - I have kept EVERY last email cancelation notice for each canceled or rescheduled appointment I initiated & EVERY LAST ONE of them was well outside your so called 24-72hr notice window, which gave you ample time to re-book. Once again, I stand behind my early review & do not recommend this business. Given our current economic position during these, I strongly recommend investing your dollars elsewhere. You can find better skincare at other local businesses with more professionalism or simply through your own personal skincare routine.nnUPDATE: The owner, Beverly Blair, has since decided to engage in an email battle over my refusal to pay a deposit and informing her services were no longer needed - she has since been blocked so it's unknown is she continues to respond. All this has done is reiterate and reinforce her lack of professionalism, which I reviewed previously, when doing business. This has completely turned me off to the esthetician industry.nnI don't recommend this establishment. Has no regard for their own cancelation policy. I had to cancel a few of my appointments for financial reasons - all canceled or rescheduled well within the listed guidelines - then the owner sends me an email, after she canceled the rest of my appointments, and demanded a deposit for them. I could see a deposit being warranted for no call no show or canceling outside allowed window, but this unacceptable. Save your money and put it towards better use and a company who honors their policy and has more professionalism.

I’m very insecure about my skin and I thought that no one would ever under, but the moment I start explaining my issues Ms. Beverly made me feel comfortable. She’s very passionate about what she does. She was very patient, gentle and professional. She explained everything step she was doing. She immediately recognized the issues I was having and was able to customize my express facial to fit my issues. That means she treats you on a “case by case” basis and it’s not just routine. The ambiance was amazing! Very peaceful, calming with Jazz playing in the background. Pure relaxation. After my facial I could see the difference. The next morning I was really able to see the difference in the hydration of my skin. Thank you Ms. Beverly for accepting this challenge and starting this journey with me.l trust you and I trust the process. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beverly is wonderful. Her space is clean and inviting and she knows so much about skincare. My facial was wonderful and relaxing, I actually fell asleep for 30 minutes. I am in my mid-thirties but I’ve had acne since I was 14. Beverly gave me some great anti-acne and anti-aging products to start using. I’m excited to see what my skin looks like after a few more treatments.

Great experience! Beverly was very kind, knowledgeable, and she was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The treatments are results-oriented and it is evident that she has done a lot of research on the products she uses on each person’s skin in order to help you get the results that you want. I highly recommend seeing her!
