Amazing customized facial by esthetician Misbah. She is a thorough professional having excellent knowledge of required skin care products. I have a very sensitive skin and she did such an amazing job that my skin is glowing and shining. It was my first visit to massage envy and I highly recommend Misbah for a superb facial experience.
Not so great .. have been to better massage places
To say that the massage I received from Frederick at the City Line location was excellent would be an understatement! The procedure was thorough and my back has been pain free for a week, Even my fingers are more flexible and I can now pick up pennies from the floor. Five stars are not sufficient and the web site should add a sixth for use with Fred!
Would have given this place a better review if it wasn't for their disappointing company policies about the credits accrued. My wife and I tried the services for over a year, at the end we spend thousands of dollars only to lose our last two paid credits.One of which we gifted to my mom and paid an additional transfer fee. Based on how they treated us after we canceled our memberships-no willingness to even try and help and how they used their fine print addendums to hide behind, we will never return and will recommend against anybody going to this business.
Fred was excellent! He was great to talk to and he was strong enough for a very good, very well focused deep tissue massage. Highly recommend requesting him if you’re in need of deep tissue work.
