HANDS DOWN...the best customer service at a spa...PERIODT! I called, made my appointment and was running late ALL IN THE SAME DAY! She still serviced me with care and understanding. The spa is cute clean and comforting. I have been to many of our businesses and this one is the best in DALLAS and the prices are affordable! I will be back twice next week before my trip!
Clean & Elegant establishment. The staff were very welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable about the choices you make and guide you if you're not really sure about what to decide on. They even did follow up calls to ensure I was eating right! Relaxing atmosphere during your experience with great entertainment during the process. I most definitely will be returning for more services very soon!!.
Alysia is such a sweetheart! I went in today for a service and she was absolutely amazing, comforting and just overall so personable and sweet! Utopia is so cute and inviting. I loved the place. Not only is the owner / co-owner gorgeous, she will go out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable and she really talks to you. I came in, no makeup and looking like I have been living on the streets after hours upon hours of studying and never felt one instance of anxiety or embarrassment. This is not an in/out and you are done - I love the friendliness and professionalism that not only she displays, you can tell this is what she loves to do. I will be a continuous repeat customer for years to come
Alysia is so awesome! She made my first experience with laser lipo amazing! She is very sweet and answered all of my questions. I am definitely going to be going back to Utopia for many more sessions to achieve the body that I want!
I love coming here. The prices are reasonable and the drinks are amazing. I definitely recommend coming to Utopia. I lost a lot of weight and I look good. Thank you girl!
