So we came in earlier this week to reserve a rental for Friday, mind you our trip and room is booked! We get there and this big tall stubby guy says we need proof of address showing we’ve been staying there for a year but the mail has to be within 30 days MAKES NO SENSE! ON THE DAY OF OUR RESERVATION!!!!!! That’s something you should of told us when we first got there!!! And he didn’t even try to work with us or anything!!!!! He just said “there’s nothing we can do” just because we didn’t have a piece of mail ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 whole trip canceled!!!!! THANKS
There were no cars available on the morning of my appointment with several others ahead of me I waited 50 minutes before getting a car and my service light came on about 30 miles into my trip but I was given a credit for a day so thank you Enterprise for that.
We finally decided to take a trip during the scary times the process was smooth agent was awesomenWe are planning another trip soon
