This store is absolutely stunning. The products and items are separated by color and by use. The customer service is exemplary. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Ms. Angela walked me through the entire store ensuring that I found each item that I needed and that I had a full understanding of the hand crafted products. The owners, Duchess and Damon, immediately made me feel at ease and at home. They offer valuable insight that comes from their extensive experience. Do not hesitate to visit!
I have ordered several products from this establishment and wanted to wait to give a review to compare my experiences, well they have all been the same: Professional, helpful, & efficient. I have been ordering from MLD holistic store since 7/20’, with my last order I just received a couple days ago. This is one of the best occult shops I have ever seen. I have been shopping here for 4 years and I do the majority of my shopping online. The store is beautiful, clean, spacious and organized. The staff is so kind and eager to help they go out of their way to provide excellent customer service one of the best I’ve seen. The products are amazing I only buy products here everything works and come with clear instructions. The classes and guest speakers are phenomenal I have learned so much over the last year. I love this shop and MLD has been a huge part of my healing experience.
I order online and my things are always mailed to me on time and even sooner than expected! I had a question about a kit and the woman who answered was friendly and very helpful. If she don’t know the answer she will ask to make sure it’s correct and call back. Love this shop products, they work well and look forward to visiting one day.
I've been shopping with Duchess for 4 years plus now. She's the conjure plug! Her staff is awesome. I love me some Mrs. Angela. They have great customer service. The protection mist and self love kit saved my life. (1st purchase ever) Duchess' products work!
