It’s unfortunate.nAt the empty drop off counter for preordered labels a new lady stands with the scanner and a printer (nothing else to do I guess). To my question if I could get a receipt, tells me I need to stand in line to do so. I never had an issue getting my packages scanned before and in 2020, especially when there is no boxes and no one at the counter but the usps rep.
My go to store to ship out items. Always quick and friendly.
This location sucks as bad as others. No surprise
Great customer service! I had several packages to mail off. The manager came out happy and positive towards his employees and customers. Told me to take my time filling things out. When it came to mailing off everything the lady was patient and very sweet. Definitely recommend!
Go right when they open at 8:30am. So quick and not hectic at all. Very pleasant.
