Texas Concierge

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I had a claim about a year ago. Jon Lacy forwarded me an internal message to me between him & his colleague about how to get out of paying for a claim that their valet caused on my new car. They said it was on the seam and they don’t cover that because its under “wear and tear”. I responded 7 times in email after that, that it was not on the seam and I was completely ignored. I never said it was on the seam – that was their own internal decision because they didn’t want to pay for the damage that their valet caused to my car. They also said It was because I left the property without notifying about the damage. I called my apartment to complain within 5 minutes of leaving the property, when I arrived at my new destination. I didn’t think they would damage it since they moved my car only a few feet. So I didn’t inspect my car when I got in, but I noticed the moment when I got out of my car. DON’T USE THIS VALET SERVICE. If they ruin your car, they will be slimy and do anything to not pay for the damages that they cause to your car. Or worst, they will do what Jon did and just start to straight up ignore you when you correct his assumption that “it’s on the seam” when its clearly caused by a seat belt that the valet sat on when he entered your car. I see it every time when I get into my car & I get so mad at this company for ruining my car and then for not paying for the damages that they caused.

Be careful of this company I worked for them for 2 years and was only paid a 1$ for my over time. They didn't know I had my own business doing computers and installing CCTV cameras. So when they did they opened up a department just for me to install CCTV and screwed me out of my pay . I worked by myself while they stood there and watched me all day I did all the work they got all the pay . Each week my check was not even 300 $ plus I was suppose to get 20$ for every camera installed they put me off til I got tired of fighting for my money . They hire alot of illegal people so they can pocket there money and get away with it . Saw this 1st hand . The managers of this company only looking to scam you to make there pockets fat with your money . Beware beware this idea scam you company all the way .

This is my second year living at an apartment with the TXConceirge service. I live with two other girls and we are in our 20's so finding the feeling of security while living in the fun of downtown/victory park area was our mission. I have to say it is near impossible finding a place anywhere in Dallas proper with safety as an obvious priority. One of the main reasons we chose the apartment was because of the concierges and it is without a doubt the main reason we resigned a second-year lease. If it weren't for the TX concierges that we love I don't believe we would have resigned. It was one of our biggest deciding factors when determining if we would move or stay. Just knowing we have someone readily available if ever in the garage or just walking in the building- it is so comforting to know they will be there and able to help/call for help at any point in time. Blesson, Ruben and Austin are so great. They have been at our high rise the longest and we really appreciate the longevity of placement for most of the concierges. They are all so friendly, know everyone personally and are always ready to help in any way possible. All apartments have pros and cons but TX concierges out weigh the cons every time :)

Great staff! It feels good to have staff as close as the lobby of the apt / condo, who are fully capable and professional. They are extremely helpful and attentive.

I find it odd and troubling that the individuals that have left negative comments on this page are ex or disgruntled employees, as if this is GlassDoor, Indeed, or any other career/workplace website. It isn't.... A Google review speaks of the level of service the company provides to it's consumer, not about a hourly schedule dislike or bad boss experience. Find the right venue and space for those concerns.nnAs an actual resident of a property that TX Concierge actually takes care of and someone that uses their services and interacts with them on a daily basis, I can tell you that these are some of the hardest working guys in the business! They are personable, friendly, accommodating, and extremely customer centric. I have seen them work through the challenges of many property management company changes with my building over my course of time here and they have always persevered. I honestly don't think another valet company would've been able to function with what I've seen them be subjected to.
