These guys are so honest... And so efficient... And really really know what they're doing! I highly recommend their services... They are true locksmiths, not just installers. The second time we have use them...I am very very impressed with their work... Super high-quality... Cannot recommend them enough.
I wanted some information about the new locks and electronic keyless deadbolts because I wasn't sure that what I could find in the web was precise. I arranged a meeting with Best Locksmith and truthfully the staff was extremely helpful. They gave me full information and some hints about the best door locks without promoting specific companies. They were very discreet in their manners and tremendously polite. Later on, I called them for lock installation as well and their job was awesome!
When we heard about some robberies in the neighborhood, we decided to reinforce home security and I must admit that the staff at Best Locksmith was very, very helpful. They gave us great consultation, came right over to check our home locks and suggested some great solutions for enhanced security. Their experience in locksmith service is apparent but we mostly liked their discretion and seriousness!
We called Pavel to have all of our locks changed and for our patio doors to be secured. He was very professional, explained all to us and gave us options. We are very happy with our door guardians he installed and our automatic door closers. Tyler came at the time he had promised and worked around our schedule. Competitively priced and provided good options. Highly recommend.
My front door lock broke and I fully expected to have to buy a new one. Pavel came to look at it early on a Saturday morning (as I requested) and managed to repair it, saving me quite a lot of money had I had to replace the lock and handset as I expected I would have to do. I found Pavel to be honest, very prompt, and reasonably priced, and he even gave me one of his tools that he apparently had multiples of! I have used other locksmiths before but from today onward I will only use Best Locksmith.
