Filing a complaint with the Attorney General about this company. Client rear ended my Lexus. Called several times leaving a voicemail for the claims agent and his supervisor before finally getting a call back 6 days after the accident. The adjustor gave initial estimate and I took my car to a certified Lexus Repair shop to get fixed. Upon inspection there was more damage done. Lexus sent the supplement to company and they replied Supplement Approved and payment sent directly to __. This was also followed by a phone call from Omar stating it was approved so work could be done on my Lexus a week after my car had been dropped off.nLexus informs me, this agency is refusing to pay approx. $300 of the repairs. Several calls later I speak with a manager who states Lexus is just proud of their building and location and they will not pay their rates. My Lexus is 1 year old and I want it fixed by a certified repair shop. This company does not protect their clients, if they are unwilling to pay for this will they pay for your new car to be repaired by a certified repair shop?
