I hate Dallas Police they are horrible at what they do. If you ever go to them for help it’s best to protect yourself and love ones. My ex boyfriend has threatened to kill me and my son over and over again. Dallas Police has done nothing but give me the run around. I am scared when I’m leaving my house, work, and even scared when my 14 year old son is home while I’m at work. I have been crying since 7/13/18. The detective that’s working my case seems like he don’t care, he’s telling me I have no case when I have recordings of this man saying he’s going to kill my loved ones and text messages as well. I hate this police department I have no respect for none of them.

Worst customer service. I made a call at 10:35 am on 5/19/17 trying to get in touch with an officer who filed my accident report. Not sure who I just spoke to, but it was a male officer who answered the departments phone. He had the worst attitude and was yelling at me on the phone. He constantly spoke over me, and cut me off when I was speaking on numerous occasions. He was very hostile on the phone. I just hope this officer does not reflect the whole Southwest Dallas Police Station. I have never had an interaction with a police officer that was disrespectful and negative. Instead of being cordial and serving the public, I was greeted by a disgruntled officer with hostility and zero communication skills.
Horrible service. Reported a crash and they never came.
