Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I called this location on the day of my accident. I asked if they had an SUV and they said “we have lots of SUVS.” I said I will be there in about 10 minutes. This was a t 5 pm. The person on the phone said they close at 6pm. This particular location is connected to a Honda body shop . When I arrived , there were no employees in the enterprise office. Iafter waiting a few minutes and not seeing anyone , I walked out to the body shop receptionist and asked her if anyone was working there. She said she thought maybe he was out moving cars because a storm was coming . I waited about 10 more minutes and no one came to the office. I walked back out to the receptionist and asked if she could call them and she said she would try. I went ahead and called the location and a man answered and I explained I was Sitting in their lobby for about 30 minutes now and needed to rent a car. He said “someone will be right with you “.nNo one ever came. Finally after an hour, someone showed up. Said he had to come there from another location . I explained that I called and spoke to someone and said I would be there in 10 minutes and that I needed a SUV. “. He said “we only have one SUV and I don’t know who you spoke to .... “.nI had been there an hour and they were closing and it was a complete disaster .nThe SUV had 1/2 tank of gas , wasn’t clean . But I took it Already a bad day hadn’t been made any easier by the enterprise rental car experience .nWILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Even though it’s 5 minutes from my house . NEVER .

Neil the Manager at Gold Mark Drive..75240 was treated me on fair at this may God be my feet. I was charged 250.00 for deposit, didn't want to honor my points after I schedule the reservation on line which takes a lot to get points anyway. He talked to me so bad. I had a neighbor from mynchildhood neighborhood to be in the car Tripple AAA isn't giving rides with car. We spent 5 hours to get there 1.5. I called so many times he could've told me. It would be nice if ALL location treated you the same. We caught the bus then we had to use a Lift ride that anNice man paid for that told me he is a Veteran. It's amazing how we were stranded in front of my Bank which is same debit card they use all the time. I am on Disability already a victim do to my car troubles and a housing scam so I rent to get WATER for my house. The Elder man got mad because he needed food but I knew I should get a nicer and large size car since I earned my points. The elder got mad at me and walked home over 27 miles. He was so short he talked to me badly. My apology was giving me free tank gas which I had returned car back at my normal location. Neil called to see if I turned in car on the day I told that location. He sent me a email telling me I have until 12:00 p.m and something's saying he called me no answer when I called the other location they asked my telephone number which I gave him two including three others when normally ask for two. He was so rude Corporate was on the phone at the time of rental. Corporate kept asking me the Conformation number 5 times he was saying so fast the Corporate lady said who is that. You would think the longer the better for Revenue..especially when the car have not be driven like I normally do. I better health wise so PRAY I can fight off this White Collar Crime against me. God help this Country!!!

I recently rented a car through Enterprise with Cameron and wanted to share my experience. I believe communication is HUGE and Cameron was so responsive and clarified all the questions I had. He was the only one working in the office with 4 customers including myself but Cameron made the entire process from start to finish efficiently and quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied through out the entire process.

Could you please answer your phones please or better yet if you don't have the cars that you're willing to rent just make your phones response saying you don't have car at this ..location. I've tried to call you in three different times but I was unable to get hold of anybody that is a very bad customer service

I love the service that Cameron has provided me! He is very professional when it comes to picking up the phone and answering it. I got a rental car within an hour of calling in beforehand and seeing if any cars were available. Cameron made sure that I was well taken care of. I would rent again from this location just because of the quality of service he provides!
