Nice people really hate being sold on the insurance so hard
After reading a few reviews of Enterprise I was kinda scared but I had a good experience with Enterprise in Richardson,TX . The employees were super nice very basic at check in, I made my reservation through Expedia and they did have the reservation, I got the car that I had requested and it was in great conditions. At check out it was easy, I turned it in (also in great conditions, washed and vacuumed) and Claude was very helpful to process my check out fast and easy. I hope I can go back to using your services in the future I just hope I don’t get any surprises charges later. But I recommend.
During this pandemic the staff still has a great energy. THE gentleman that helped me was working in the heat outside to keep us the customers protected. He was so very helpful. I am taller and he made sure he found me a car my kids and I would be comfortable in. I really appreciated all his help. I will continue to use Enterprise.
It was my first time to rent a car in this location and it was awesome, the sales person was so kind and helpful but by the way the manager who was at the front desk in this moment was really nice and accurate, excellent customer service !
