I've rented many cars in my life, but Enterprise is definitely the best. I am always treated professionally and courteously and efficiently. You will keep my business.nnI also want to give a special mention for Ashley White. She is the VERY BEST that you have. She serves you well and is definitely worth promoting. Miles is great too. That office has served me the best.nnOne suggestion: Increase your staff at peak hours. Too many times there are more customers than can be handled by the few people there. Maybe adding one more to an office for 6 hours a day would work.nnChris Hoover

There are many new employees at this location and they are really feeling their way around. This is currently causing customers to have to wait a very Long time to receive service. Like 30-45 minutes. Again, they are nice but extremely slow. Also, while waiting to be serviced, their phones run continuously without being answered. I'm glad that I wasn't on the other end of the line. Hopefully things will change. I normally go to the Plano (Central & Parker) location and they are great!

Brittany and Esma are amazing! They helped me get a specific car when no other branch would. They went well above and beyond expectations for me and my wife and I highly recommend using this branch. I'll go out of my way to rent a car from this branch! 10/10 for their customer service.

The customer service was excellent. the person that made this experience so great was Rob of Liverpool out of the Richardson Texas office. He was so helpful... I had to extend my time like three times because of car repairs and he was right there helping me. I appreciate him so much he was great!!!nImpeccable customer service.nThank you again!

I use this location quite often for business. The location is small, but they have made steady improvements over the last couple of years. They expanded their lot, so they have a greater selection of vehicles. The staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I usually have a ride, but they have been great when I need a pick-up or to be dropped off in the area. They are typically busy, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but I find them to be better overall than the other Enterprise locations in the area. Wait times is why I they get a 4 out of 5. Keep up the good work.
