Came here to return books that I had bought. I don't know who's worse... this place or Half Price Books. Either way, they both pay very low price for your books.
Came to sell back a few textbooks and I feel like I got the short end of the stick here. It’s still better than on campus but would’ve appreciated a few extra bucks for my prestine conditioned books.

They never have my books in stock. I’ve been a customer for years and in the past year I’ve been told the same thing, we don’t have your textbooks in stock, try your school bookstore. I will not be coming back. It used to be great, but steadily it has just gone down hill quickly.
The lady a few posts down claims that selling books back during finals is the best time. While that may be true, it's often not the way it works. Every time me or my friends tried to sell a book back around finals time, we were told to come back the following week because they do not know if they will be buying those books until the next semester. Also you MUST drive to this location because they absolutely will not answer the phone. Other than that, it's a decent place to buy a book.
