Past reviews were off. Map navigation was easy and the 2 workers greeted and joked with us and no book fines. We will definitely come back!
I am ambivalent about this library so I'll list the pros and cons.nnPro: Gorgeous architecture inside, enormous Children's section, lots of chairs to relax in, huge selection of media (DVDs etc.) and Adult Nonfiction, many PCs available, nice view from the back.nnCon: A bit hard to get to, somewhat unwelcoming exterior, small selection of Adult Fiction, unfriendly staff.nnWorth a visit just to admire the design inside.
Kids are lucky to have a dallas library serve as their school library. Great views of the forest behind the school through the floor to ceiling windows at the rear make it a pretty relaxing place to study.
I love the employees, just the equipment is kind of slow. I had a bit of a hard time finding the place.
